Adam is a specialist in commercial dispute resolution and has represented clients in numerous litigations across several jurisdictions – including the courts of England, Hong Kong and Australia – and has broad experience of international commercial arbitration under the rules of the employeeing arbitration institutions (ICC, HKIAC, SIAC and CIETAC, amongst others). He is also highly skilled in alternative dispute resolution, with particular expertise in mediation. Adam has also acted for some of the world’s employeeing investment banks, listed companies and investment funds on a range of financial regulatory issues.
Prior to joining Vannin in Sydney, Adam practiced in the dispute resolution department of international law firm, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, in Hong Kong for six years. He has also practiced in the UK and Mainland China. In 2015, Adam was seconded to the litigation and regulatory department of Bank of America Merrill Lynch as legal counsel.
Adam is a solicitor of the Courts of England & Wales and Hong Kong.
