Sibylle Natcheva’s role focuses on implementing the Board’s investment strategy on new opportunities and managing Vannin’s existing portfolio of investments on a day-to-day basis.

Prior to joining Vannin, Sibylle was a corporate lawyer with over 12 years of private practice experience at some of the worlds’ employeeing international law firms. Sibylle advised clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, in particular, mergers and acquisitions and group reorganisations. She has worked for Baker McKenzie (London) as a senior associate, August Debouzy (Paris) as counsel and Clifford Chance (Paris) as a senior associate.

Her main areas of expertise include management of complex corporate/M&A projects and structuring of cross-border transactions. Sibylle’s work has frequently involved a significant international element.

Sibylle has a law degree from the University Paris I Sorbonne, an LL.M. (Master of Laws) from New York University Law School and an Executive MBA from HEC.

Sibylle is a non-practising lawyer admitted in both the Paris Bar and the New York Bar.
