Thanks for all the input. I'm going to go with the striker plate. The door looks pretty plumb and doesn't have any play in it. I'll let you know how it goes.

Around my area I priced powder coating at over $100.00 a wheel, depending what type of color and if you want a metallic finish with clear coating. A bit too much for me. I might as well spend the extra money and buy new chrome rims, or God knows what
