Let's try not to barrage the buyer, he doesn't know what vanning or this van means to us. I'll see if I can work something out, at least for the body.

I can't believe this, I so badly wanted that van but don't have the cash, I'm trying to sell our rebuilt 4x4 truck to buy another vehicle.

I had talked to Jeff, he offered me Lion's Den for B2%B and my sporty...I decided to pass when I realized that it would just sit in my driveway for a few years until I could afford to "do it right"...well, maybe that would have been a better fate than what awaits it now.....

same story with my75 dodge van. in 88, i reluctantly
sold it to a friend who promised to treat it right or sell it back, a couple months later he shorted out the battery,toasting most of the electrical system,almost got it back,but he had it fixed,next he got a D.W.I. with it,he sold it without telling me,next asshole didn't treat it right,last i heard
it ended up being used for fill,complete with custom int.,flares/spoiler,visor,sidepipes,headers,hurst 3spd.rims/tires.i stll miss that van.i had a chance to see LIONS DEN in person a couple years ago,what a waste!

the lion's den is a part of history....just look at vannin.com. do what you will with the motor and tranny but please leave the body intact and sell it to someone who will restore it as jeff was going to do. i'm in mass. and there are hundreds of men out there who have dreamed of this van since it was built. i will beg borrow and steal if i have too if you will just let us take the remains. i have a truck and trailer and will drive down to get it. i know the motor i know the tranny and the rear and its all worth alot but i will give you back your money minus what you honestly think these parts are worth. please help us as a vanning family keep this legend and show winner alive. please sell the remains back.

if anyone can get threw to this guy i will pick up the van. as long as this van doesn't end up at some local junk yard. i'm in billy's club and lion's den was the first custom i seen 8 yrs ago when i started vanning and his van was the inspiration and motivation behind my van and the vanning world all together.

I'll make you a deal, send me $3500.00 and this piece of vanning history is yours. Take up a collection, otherwise I'm gonna yank that polished trans and motor and cut some of the mural to hang in my shop.

Any way I can help, let me know. If he is willing to sell it, and you cant afford it, let me know. We HAVE to save this van. If I knew it was going that cheap, I'd have bought it myself. Somebody kick me, please.
