What is the saying...Any PR is good PR? I, too, am interested to see the early videos, and will do what I can to see this project be a success. Dan, we have met in person only once, but I trust your instincts. Every van and vanner has a story to tell, picking the most interesting ones to fit into a time frame will be the biggest challenge! No Scooby/child molester/bank robber/hippie refences allowed!

Howard, It was great meeting you also, I need to get back to Hovac again this year. I'm on top of this, and will watch it carefully. With total respect to our lifestyle. So far, it's only about me and my life long van, Zoomie, but I get boring pretty quick. So I hoped we could find other life long vanners to share their passion. No scooby's!! Hey, now hippies, I'm a short haired (balding) Real Estate Broker/Developer, that sings in the Church Choir, But you can Bet, that I am still a Hippie in my heart anyway!!

I do not look or act like Scooby Doo... I do resemble Shaggy though.

...umm, what's up with the hatin on the hippies?

One theme I seem to keep on seeing in the pics, both old and new, is rainbow tie dye.

And there is no shortage of long haired party animals sleeping in their vans.

? hippies not allowed ?

You're scaring me now.

I reckon cheesy is Ok as long as it's not insulting, Scooby doo Hippies and tie dye is one thing but rapists and murderers is a whole other thing!

In a few hundred years time they'll look back on the Hippies as the one blip of intelligence in an otherwise headlong rush to the bottom!
Cheese isn't allways bad, it might make the hardcore cringe but
I know a lot of hardcore skaters got into it through seeing Back to the future or Police Academy 2 and likewise Bmxers who got turned onto biking after seeing BMX bandits. All very cheesy films.
Like in a mousetrap, sometimes cheese can be a powerfull lure!
Personally I love reading about the 70s era of vanning and that whole decade was knee deep in gorgonzola!

I think this means that life can be a mixture of cynicism and hope???

We are all good with extra PR. Sorry you couldn't make Mild to Wild's truckin this weekend, heard you had bigger fish to fry. To everyones point, we've all heard that line before but never seen any film. Care to show us a 30 second teaser?
