Man, I miss hanging around Cloudy's garage. Re-located 225 miles away, but I'll never forget the good times there. Cloudy, you are da' van man!

Great work, now I hope my subs don't blow them out, maybe I need pop out winders in the rear doors, if I can locate any.

Are you planning on welding these panels in or gluing them? What type of van was the side panel from?

Just rebuild the rear doors to take the bubble windows cloudy removed from the sides. Put em on vertically and they'd look cool as long as the frame was on the inside of the door sheetmetal.

Remember me falling off the ladder removing the Dodge Van side?
Who was it that needed a 3X4 patch panel? I have one.
This will be a Fusor Bonding patch job. The weather has been the cold at night to work outside. It needs 24 hr. cure time above 55 deg.
As you see I am not much of a talker in the videos, so I'm trying to keep them under 10 min. Next is flatting the old window screw holes and welding them up. and prepping (cleaning/flanging) the patches.

Ah, yeah! Didn't think it looked like a Mid Ford side.

Cool, got some Fusor for Luke's van.

You da man Cloudy. You're becoming the man of metal.
No way I'd ever use camper crank out winders, I hate them, I would like factory door popout glass, if available for that year.
I was considering glassin the screw holes where the awning track mounts to the roof, tacky lookin thing.
