yep nothin but rust. Im going to sand it down, hit it with ospho. paint it to seal it and put a vinyl top on it. Thats what i decided on the roof. I got the front end finished today, ill have to post up some pics of that too

good news today folks! The van fixed itself! the horn wasnt working and niether were the wipers. Since i cant get out of the drivers seat long enough to fix a damn thing i didnt worry about it. Starts raining today and lo and behold, they both started working...Wonder what kind of electrical gremlins are at work in this baby!

OR you could simply wire brush it and coat it with POR15 and paint it with one of those space age heat reflective paints. They both go on with a brush and level themselves out and the top coat will help reflect some of that Florida sun.
