Thanks to all who have welcomed me to the forum, I have some new idea's from looking around here for the last few weeks. Quick story been in vans for work (HVAC)for over 20 years and have owned a 1980 G-20 that I use for side work for the last 5 years. A couple of weeks ago I found a 1977 chevy shorty and against advice I bought it. I know there are tons of directions to go in Vannin but I'm not trying to recapture some past glory, instead I'm looking for something I can drive around town that is not like everything else. So the journey begins........

Nice and clean I like that van. This is shorty's momma her name is Betty like ugly Betty but she's a money making machine, so I threw her a bone and put some 454ss truck wheels but still has the original paint from 1980.

Looks nice. I wonder if a buffer might make my big brownie look better? I have big plans for paint but maybe a weekend buffing might make it look okay for now while I drive it a while.

Looking for a set of 15X8 Rally wheels myself, I kinda like the dark painted wheel though

Your van really cleaned up nice.
I am also a big fan of the 8 inch truck rallies.
Like a set of Corvette Rallies the silver really sets them off.
