Yeah, US auto makers really dropped the ball with paint in the late 80s. I hope to have it looking good by the nationals. Thanks for all the encouragement guys! Really motivates me to keep at it!

I don't know, I kinda like the... how do the rat rodders say it, "natural patina"... I think you have actually lowered the value of the van.
I'm kidding you of course. That is a lot of work just on that nose. You got a whole lot of van left but I predict that by GSVR she'll be top notch. Good work. It is always nice to see progress.

yeah liljack, sorry. here it just looks like another junkero van full of mexicans headed to the orange groves. Im not going to get wild with it though, just a stock re-paint.

i used 3M rubbing compound on it and a rag. then put a coat of wax on it.
