HOLY CRAP I ALMOST DIED TODAY. I was in orlando pickin up another load of boats and i stepped on a 6 foot rattle snake. You never SEEN someone move so fast! Geeeeeezzzzzzz! 3Weeks ago i stepped on a cottonmouth. Gods tryin to tell me somthin Man your freekin me out just talkin about it...guess that's why I suffer up north here in the snow belt....glad your OK man..

Man this thing was HUGE! When i was younger i used to go hunt them and sell them live to diff places until they outlawed it. Ive lived in Fl. all my life and you just dont see them that big to often. I have to admit, i think i peed a lil when i realized what happined. You never know. So keep your heads down and watch where you step if you come down here. When i was a kid, i lived in south florida and they pulled a 36 foot anaconda out from under my neighbors house. Took 6 men to hold it. Like a damn jungle down here. Didnt help that when they filmed tarzan they let half the animals get lose and go wild. Yup..when we get 2 feet of snow I stoke the fire and get another beer...guess we all have diff. obstacles to overcome..but I do bitch about the long cold winters..

River, watch your step.
We have noticed a lot more snakes in our area.We have had 5 in the yard already this year,and summers not even close to being over.Last year we only saw 3 for the whole summer.
