Jim, what size tubing did you use for the grill? Is it aluminum? It looks great and I am looking at different materials and sizes for my grill.

Lee, it is 5/8" aluminum tubing i got at Home Depot and Lowes also has it.it only comes in 3 ft peices tho.You may be able to order it longer i think.

Lee, it is 5/8" aluminum tubing i got at Home Depot and Lowes also has it.it only comes in 3 ft peices tho.You may be able to order it longer i think. I saw them there but I need pieces a little over 6 feet and they said they couldn't order them. I found a place I can get it in 8 foot sections but they didn't seem as smooth or shiny but I guess I can sand, polish or buff them out.

Let me check and see if i remember there was another place that had them in long lenghts.  Got the brackets back on and this is the new bumper!Got to get new bolts tomorrow and get it mounted.
