It has a Chevy 350 w/ 150,000 miles. After an oil change it ran like a dream. I'm in the process of prepping it for paint now: http://i133.photobucket.com/albums/q59/dkscism/Vansanding.jpg My dad runs a body shop so I have perfect access to paint and body resources. My idea for paint is here: http://vannin.com/threads/ubbthreads.php/topics/481999/Re_Wing_on_a_high_top.html#Post481999 The theme is Clemson Tigers. I'm going there in about a month for my freshman year! This is going to be our tailgater van. I plan on doing the interior in orange and purple too...I have already bought "Automotive Upholstery Handbook" and "Custom Auto Interiors" both by Don Taylor as recommended by fellow vanners on this forum. Im looking forward to this project and i'm ready to get deeper into it!

Those books you reference are great, but search around here on vannin.com - you'll find just about all the information you need to make your tailgating dreams come true (including beer recipes!, but as a freshman you won't be drinking WILL YOU??) hahaha
