Petersen Photo Archive March 1971 - MPC's Zingers plastic kits, originally inspired by modeler Denny Johnson, featured outrageously proportioned vehicles like this miniature Dodge A100 Super Van. Bob Larivee Sr. commissioned these large scale replicas as show cars. Diane Peters, Miss Kustom Headers, accompanies in leather, boots, and big hair. Ran in Hot Rod - July 1971.
