Smoooooooth!

Right on guys, I just bought a big OL box of Wheaties to help me get this thing in primer all the way around and get the doors back on. I will be pulling the 305 out of the Magic parts bus on Saturday if it's nice out. I need to start thinking about the drive line now so I can have it ready when the time comes to pop it in the 78". This will however be temp for the summer and I will rebuild the 400 next winter to run on pump gas so I can go more than a 1/4 mile at a time....

The 305 will make a decent temporary engine for this van.
You all ready know how it runs in the LWB van.
Getting the van out there and driving it is what is really important......

Ya wookee you nailed it!! There have been a few nice days already and a few buddy's have had their rides out, the bikes are roaring up and down the street and with less then 60 days till vanfest in June I gotta really get crackin I'm going to use the whole drive line outa the Magic parts bus well except for the drive shaft so it should be a quick swap.

Oh ya, here is the plan for the rear tail light conversion.
the flange from the 78 will be spotted in and seam sealed I just had to cut a small bit off of the original mounting plate so the bolts will clear.
