I got the inner door section welded in...... metal fitted and tacked into place. a boat load of tack welds until you have one solid weld. I do this to keep from warping the thin sheet metal. after the welding is done the welds are ground down. First with a hard disk.Then it is ground with a soft pad. a "skim" coat of fill er will be used to smooth the surface out nice....... ..........Wookee _________________________ Its a "Van Thing" A life style you have to LIVE to understand!
