at some point i will have to fix my windows. they seem ok apart from the sections with the rivets which is rusting and pushing through the weather seal. anyone have a diagram of how they are fitted?

there are no replacements ....drill out the rivets and make new alum plates and re rivet....

the only replacements are donor van....and if you break a window you will need a donor cause good luck finding a replacement window...

thats a nightmare, is there a universal weather strip you can use?

I had the '92 windows removed before I had it painted and the glass shop couldnt find it & either did I....had to clean them up. made alum plates gave them to the glass shop to reuse....the windows in the '93 I was quoted $3200 for a set of 2....you can get a donor van for that and have alot of spare parts....goood luck in your search...please keep me posted on your results....

That Gm site you sent me doesnt have the window #'s either...we have a rare breed van....not many made I ve seen 2 G20 with windows on Auto trader and they wanted a couple thousand but that is as much as just the windows....the only place I found them was Armortek in Texas...they took out my '93 windows and replaced them with bullet resistant and they had 2 sets ( one set of mine and another set from another van they did ) they wanted $3200 for one set of 2 windows....they may have a set of seals....this card was in the van package I got from the govt when they turned it over to the auction house...

Its not the windows im looking for (unless i breake them taking them out..) the weather strip they sit in will be needing replaced so it is really just that part.
