We are a "new" club out of the state of Kansas and are recently looking to grow. Times are tough, and membership is down, but more and more recently vans have been popping up all over the place. I think the general public has a fascination with our vans and their curiosity is starting to grow. And now people need an escape from "real life" and I think vannin can help accomplish this need.

Vanners of Oz (VoZ) is a van club based out of the state of Kansas with members in Topeka, Lawrence and Kansas City. Our group focuses on the customization of vans, truck-ins, attending car shows or parades. VoZ is actually the combination of Vans 'R' Us Van Club (Topeka, KS) and Vanarchy Vans (KC,KS) together we are stronger, and can do more for vannin as a whole. Currently our membership has 12+ members and looking to grow.

To join us, you have to do is own a van and participate in our van eVants with the club. Membership requires that you have a van, or are in the process of getting one. (Give or take about a year) Also, be living in the state of Kansas or surrounding areas.

Our goal as a club to promote the general sport of vannin and to have a good time while doing so. We regularly attend eVants across the mid-west. Major eVants around this area include Spring Fever (MO), SummerBlast (MO), and the three trails Christmas Party (MO). This year we will also be attending GroundHog Party (IL), the 40th Nats (WI).

It was funny because there were 7 Vanner's from the real OZ at the Natz

You can count on the support of the Okie S.L.U.T.s , when we can make it that far north that is ! lol We hope to make some eVANts nest season, MAYBE even one or two yet this year.

Lol at Nats, The aussies came over when they saw our banner and had to say hello! It was good to meet them! And that's the same thing they said, the were from the real OZ

Kansasvanner, are you looking to start your own club or join one here in KS? Either way our club is willing to work with another new club, or if you are looking to join a club, we are always looking for new members.

Either way, sounds great to me! What information are you looking for? I'm not sure how big the vannin scene is down in Wichita, but there are some events coming up just east of KC.
