Astro broke this story to us on Facebook.
http://www.popularmechanics.com/cars/news/shows/van-tastic-15-crazy-customized-vans

Very positive comments from PM with some very nice pictures of some of our favorite vans. It's rather fitting that the first picture is of Wookee leading the pack of Vintage Chevy vans. VCVC hosted the warmup party, these guys are up for anything driving thousands of miles in their close to 50 year old vans !

Joe actually emailed me this link yesterday and this is the response from him

Sorry it took me so long to get back in touch, but I write today to inform you the vans are live. As you know, I took 100+ photos of about three dozen vans. Sadly, my editor decided to go with a more condensed "15 Crazy Vans" theme instead of an expansive Dozens of Vans approach. The good news is, most of your crew got ink.

I asked him if this was going to be strictly online or if it would make the magazine, and he told me it was above his paygrade, so we can only hope.

This makes 2 press people that were there and posted pictures online. Just waiting to hear from Tim from Mopar collectors Magazine. We definitely made an impression on all of these guys.

Thanks for the details Ed. Nice to see your van in there along with a good variety of vans from 2 Best of Show winners to daily drivers.

Feel free to post your comments at the bottom of the PM story. Theresa posted an interesting comment, something that many vanners were not aware of.
