It was a great weekend and we were well received as Kurk said. I think the poor guy judging the vans was a bit overwhelmed. He did Jeeps and then went to vans. When he saw all the vans, he went "Oh Sh#t." Talked to him a little. I know he was not expecting close to 40 vans to judge. Next year we need to double that amount or at least at to it. Constant flow of traffic through the building and not just to get to the other side. Everyone "oooo'd and aahhhh'd". It was great to see all the facial expressions and hear all the comments. I am in for next year already. Wonder if we can get a bigger space. Kick the ones out of building T and put us in there. lol.

Kurk all ready has his eye on a bigger place for Vanners to hang out at next year.....
In my personal opinion the Van Invasion of Carlisle's "Truck Nationals" was a HUGE success.

Imitation is the ultimate complement.....

It would be nice to see groups of vanners from other vanning "Hot Spots" doing "Van Invasions" at non van events next summer season

Actually Nate 1st place van was won by a Conversion van.

We had a couple of unfinished vans in attendance.
I will be talking to the "Twins" more about next years event.
I also spoke with Brian late.He had all ready paid money,was committed to another show.
