the original idea was from pheonix, Ken sent me the above image as a word file earlier today, I tried it as a PDF first, which I prefer, as it is a smaller file size, but the forum isn't geared to handle PDF files, so I converted it again to a PNG image format, still small in size and easy to work with.

people can upload their flyers directly to vannin.com now, and it provides the code to attach it to your even topic.
files have to be an image, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg or .png

the problem with Word is not everyone has it, or has the same version.
I prefer PDF, as everyone has PDF reader of some sort (adobe acrobat). However, the forums don't accept PDF, hopefully the next version will.
this kinda stuff is exactly what PDF was made for, portable document format
so I wen t with a PNG image format, this resizes without distorting the image much, and is a small file size, and can be opened on any computer that has some form of paint program (built into windows)
when making stuff as am image that you want people to be able to print, you need to make sure the image size is 8.5x"11" (for a full page flyer) and the resolution is set to 72. you can bump the resolution higher, but it makes the file size bigger, which makes for longer uploads/downloads
