Vannin.com and 'Be a Pal'
As many of our regular visitors will appreciate, this site costs money to
run. I have been paying most of the expenses out of pocket for the past few years to the tune of somewhere around $350.00 US a year, not including computer upgrades, and other hardware and software purchases made to improve things around here.
I know that regular visitors to the site who enjoy the community features as
well as the free content I have online will not be shy in making
a small contribution to keep it going. And to that end I have introduced PayPal. Nothing is forced and nothing is behind
'Pay Per View', it's all
down to what you wish to pay and how often. Obviously my costs are
monthly so if you make a contribution each month that would be even grander. A
few bucks a month may seem nothing to those reading this but
if enough people contribute it can make all the difference to the future of this
site. Payments can be accepted from all over the world.
Don't have a credit card?
You can still have a PayPal
account even if you do not have a credit card. You simply add your bank details
instead of credit card details. The payment would take a few days to get
to my PayPal account (as opposed to instantly if you have a credit card)
because it is debited from your bank account (rather than credit card account)
and that can take up to five working days. I then receive an email notice
saying transfer successful.
