Welcome to the 19th annual Vanfest

I can't tell you how honoured I am to be event chairman for the 19th annual Vanfest.
The weather for the weekend will be hot & clammy, so pace yourself. We have a fun filled weekend planned, so drink lots of fluids, take a dip in the lake, or go for a hike in the woods and enjoy this beautiful park. I can't thank you all enough for making Vanfest such a success. Our sponsors are amazing, our staff is the best, and you guys & gals who attend the show are especially awesome. This show got this far with friendship and hard work. It was achieved with dedication from a lot of friends and I thank you personally. You have traveled far and wide to attend this year's show and we are going to fulfill your expectations and show you a good time. This year's theme is a Psychedelic, Tye Dye, Peace and Love Truck In. There are lots of things to do and see in the area, like Rush Creek Winery, Pinecroft Pottery studio & gift shop, and the lovely little town of Aylmer is only 5 minutes away.
Don't forget to visit vendors row for food from "Speedy Stefany", also check out VanTees Event T Shirts, California Carsmetics, M&R ice cream, Beautiful air brushing, Black top Customs, and so much more. Last year was a record-breaking year with 400 Vans & Trucks thru the gate and 189 in the Show on Saturday. Now it's the new generation we
Welcome. For all you 1st timers to Vanfest, Welcome and I really hope you enjoy your weekend, meeting new friends, cause that's what this show was built on, friendship. We're "Back In the Saddle Again", so sit back, relax and enjoy the show.
Yours Truly,
Stacey Arrowhead, Event Chairman

Ladies & Gentleman, Boys & Girls, Young & Old alike, Spring is in the air and we are getting ready to host Canada’s Largest Custom Van & Truck show, June 7- 9. 2013 at the Springwater Conservation Area, just south of Aylmer, Ontario. 18 yrs of glittering paint, shining chrome, from chopped, lowered and stretched, to fully restored trucks, that’s what this show is all about. Friendships are another thing that are built at this show. Young & old alike sharing ideas and thoughts on how to build or design a life time dream.
This show was built on a dream that has reached its 18th year thanks to you. 1996, the first year this show was held, it was put together in about 3 months and 66 vans came through the gate. In the 2nd yr we added pickup trucks to our line-up and the event grew to just over 100. 2013 was our best year with 368. Don’t forget our theme this yr is Mash 4077 there’s an awesome prize for best themed campsite.

This year will be no different, we have pulled another rabbit out of the hat and came up with this:
Thursday $15.00 extra bucks gets you in early for the warm up party, with fun and games, meet and greet with some great food, and an outdoor movie night. Mash the Movie,
Friday, gates open at 10 a.m for this spectacular weekend and the second fun filled night with preshow party on the beach, a bring your instruments and jam with the vanfest in house band, our infamous dartboard, and some games.
Saturday is the long one so pace yourself. Show & Shine starts at 10 a.m till 4 with Awards at 6ish. Off The Record is here this year to rock the evening away, with Bright & Shine to follow at dusk. And remember Saturday night theme party is a Mash 4077 with prizes to be won.
Vanfest is proud to announce that John Mata from Mini Truck in Magazine will be attending for a the weekend for your enjoyment, thanks John and look forward to seeing you in our show field.
Spectator’s admission Saturday only, 10AM to 4PM is 7 bucks per person and some canned
Goods for the food bank, kids 12 and under free accompanied by an adult.
Our charity for this year will be the Caring Cupboard Food Bank; so don’t forget your canned goods for the “Fill the truck with us.” food drive.
Well that’s what we have to offer this year (with maybe a few extras thrown-in). Don’t want to show? Then come as a spectator and support Canada’s Largest Custom Van & Truck show and get outta the house for a day, and dream a little.
This is a dream come true for me thanks to you, my name is Kevin Lundy and I’m Proud to be the in charge of promotions & Sponsors for such a prestigious show, please feel free to contact me at any time with any questions you may have. 519-225-2969 or vanfest@hotmail.com
Welcome back!
Yours Truly,

Vanfest 17 was a complete success. With 174 Vans and Trucks on the show field and 376 through the gate this was our best year yet. Thanks to all who came and to those who did not you missed a great time… what a party. Thursday night was meet and greet Pizza night. Over 100 Vans and Trucks in the park. Friday night the DJ played long and loud. Thanks Cory! Saturday held a most excellent show with special guest Kelly Gruber on field. Thank you Kelly for spending the day with us, adding a special kind of class to our show. You really are Canada's Baseball Sweetheart!! Saturday night moved to awards and the Pajama Party. Lots of great PJ's! I now think of orange juice in whole new way. The band Stoned Deaf rocked us hard until midnight. The after party went long into the night. Sunday was clean up day only to find that everyone had cleaned up after themselves. Leaving the park as clean as we came, Thank you. A special thanks to all our sponsors and to Spring Water Conservation area for allowing us to host this awesome event. I would like to say a special Thank you to my partner Kevin Lundy and the Vanfest Staff as without them none of this would be possible.

See you for Vanfest 18! June 7, 8, 9, 2013…Mark it on your calendar.
