Mr. Wilderspin joined the Group as an independent non-executive director in September 2018. He has more than ten years' experience as a non-executive director on the boards of private equity partnerships and listed investment companies.

Mr. Wilderspin currently serves as a non-executive director on the board of two other London-listed companies: he is Chairman of the Risk Committee of Blackstone/GSO Loan Financing Limited and Chairman of the Audit Committee of HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited, a FTSE 250 firm.

He previously served as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee of London-listed FTSE250 3i Infrastructure plc from 2007 to 2017. He also acts as a Director of a number of private fund structures. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Wilderspin served as a director of fund administrator Maples Finance Jersey Limited.

Mr. Wilderspin is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having trained and qualified with London financial services audit practice PwC, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. Mr. Wilderspin was awarded a Bachelor of Arts (Accounting Studies) degree from The University of Exeter in 1990.
