I have auto cad 2005 on here and do ot know how to use it. Dave , The slots have to be the same width as the screw holes because that is the way you get the in and out adjustment on the doors. Tose are the first two holes you drill when you get the side to side adjustment right. Theny you mount the door and slide it in and out till youget it right . Then you drill through the holes and lock it in place . Do you get my drift????

I didn't realize Adobe could do that sort of drawing - that's sweet! You might get me into that yet.
Thanks for the description of how the hinge is adjusted Phoenix - I always wondered how they pulled that off. Makes great sense now! I only wish the hood on my van were as easy!!!
I know a bit of AutoCad... I'm self-taught (through books) on it though, so there's lots I do inefficiently, but I've got what I need out of it. It's saved me many missteps when it comes to mechanical interference issues - I see the collisions long before cutting starts.
