What's with the plastic/fiberglass light colored shirting around the bottom? Must be a special trim for the Ritz Co?

Wow, it even has a self contained boat on top that you can take down for water sports fun! JUST KIDDING, those "hi tops" always look like a boat upside down on top to me. Maybe it's because I've hit my head a few too many times without one LOL!

Congrats! It seems like you've found what you wanted without having to do all the work getting it there, just enjoy.

Oh, lose the window A/C unit, it ruins an otherwise nice looking van IMO.

If there was a you way could custom fabricate some sort of fiberglass cover for that A/C unit to kind of 'mold' it into the window frame, that would look good.
