radicalran: I didnt know there was 2 BB pro street Astros by Toledo. I wouldnt mind seeing them.

Not sure about the cargo net, but it does finish off the sorta stock looking interior.

worked on the exhaust heat shields, it is taped on, still needs a little filing before final mounting.

Man that looks sweet!!
I like that you didn't tear out the whole interior and kept it as stock looking as possible. I've seen a lot of pro street cars that someone has cut away most of the interior and the sheet metal out of the doors and only shaved but a few pounds off the total weight
Great work!!

Bigair: Thank you. Keep it some what stock looking is the goal, any body can cut up a vehicle, it putting it back together that is the hard part. It has caused a lot of extra work, had to make a few trips to PnP for interior pieces. Fitting pieces around the roll bar was a biotch, but it was worth it.

drag: Thank you. My 85 pro street Astro (RIP), the header flanges and deep tranny pan would hit some times. This Astros deep tranny pan is not as thick and front bumper hangs down farther, just not worth damaging stuff. If it wasnt street driven & Michigan didnt have some of the worst roads in the country, would be different.

Finished gas filler, it is a boat filler, wouldnt rust.

Yep, awesome to hear it run.
Took it to car wash for a badly needed bath.
Took a few pictures, soory it was hazy and gloomy this morning.
New front end, went from an Astro sealed beam to a composite Safari, with a billet grille & Chevy bowtie

I think I will be raising rear end up 1 hole, about 2 inches, could use some rake.
