Here is my DIY Motorhome based on E-350. It is 1986 XL with 6.9 diesel and C6.

Here is a pic of it when it arrived to my yard in 2009:



Then after conversion in 2010:



In 2011 wheelbase extended from 138" to 176"



And for this summer extra room for extra bed:




For next year engine rebuild + turbo add are going to happen. Also considering of replacing C6 with Allison AT1545(It is 4-speed with locking TC). And if I can get a hold of installation manual of Neway TA-3-CA tag axle then that will also happen. But it seems hard to find install manual for this neway was taken over by Holland years ago and Holland is now SAF. Why do I need install manual? Because motor vehicle safety agency here in Finland demands a proof that this axle is designed to work with E-350 Ford So any help with install manual for this Neway axle and/or complete service manual & maintence manual would be very welcome. Service & maintenance manual available from Barth RV forum is missing 3 pages...
